Return Policy

Should there be any slight inherent defects or damages found on our products,

ZIII will return within 5 days after repair. Should there be any severe inherent defects or damages found on our products, you should return the goods in person, together with the original receipt to ZIII within 7 days in exchange for a new item of the same price or below. A third party requests will not be entertained.

The return does not cover damage as a result of visible wear and tear through use or by the user itself.

Refund Policy

The products purchased online and the delivery cost cannot be refunded.
